Import of named-patient medicines

Since 1992 our company has specialized in the import of named-patient medicines. This kind of import consists of bringing medicines from abroad that are not registered in Poland but are necessary for saving patient’s life and health.
Within the objective import framework, it is possible to import a medicine, if there is no officially registered equivalent containing the same active substance in Poland, unless the drug isn’t illegal in the country from which it is imported.
The basis of getting a permit for objective import is a situation where all the available alternatives in the country’s treatment methods have failed, or there are no other possible forms of therapy.
Many years of work and heavy involvement allowed us to establish contact with companies (producers, distributors, and retailers) all over the world, including countries in the European Union, Switzerland, the Republic of South Africa, the United States, and Mexico.
